Can I submit cards if I don't live in Australia?
Yes! We are accepting submissions from the USA, UK, Ireland, France, Spain, Germany, The Netherlands, Belgium, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Switzerland, Italy, Canada, Singapore, New Zealand, Denmark, Andorra, San Marino, Austria, Liechtenstein, Portugal and Luxembourg.

Where are you located?
Our office is located within TAG Collectibles, in Sydney's Castle Hill. Our address is 12/10 Gladstone Road Castle Hill and we accept submissions in store. Submissions are taken Wednesday to Saturday from 10am.
Will I get my top loaders back?
Unfortunately we do not return your top-loaders/semi-rigid sleeves/ one-touches as this is not calculated in your return shipping. If you would like to have them returned, please reach out so we can calculate the difference in return shipping costs.
What Cards do we grade?
Pokémon, Yu-Gi-Oh, NBA, NRL, AFL, FIFA, Starwars, Magic the Gathering, Dragon Ball, Juicy Honey, Lorcana, Rift Bound, Weiss Schwarz and many more, email us if you would like further clarification at service@tcggrading.com.au
We do not grade jumbo cards, comics or other cards larger than PANINI standard sizing (Prizm / Mosaic / Flux etc).
What card thickness do you grade?
We now grade cards from all different ranges in thickness up to 180pt. TCG Grading is one of the only grading companies in Australia offering grading and encapsulating up to this thickness.
Can you grade autographed cards?
Yes! We can grade autographed cards, non guaranteed on card autos may be rejected without a certificate of authenticity.
How should I store my graded cards?
Cards should be stored away from direct sunlight or strong artificial light as this may discolor your cards over time. We recommend sleeving your slabs and storing them in a reputable sellers storage case with inbuilt padding.
How are cards managed at TCG Grading?
Cards are kept in a secure safe with additional offsite vault facilities for higher end cards whilst not being graded in specially marked containers to avoid atmospheric damage.
Do you offer an encapsulation service with no grade?
