How to Submit

How to Submit your cards:

  • Check out in the webstore to generate your unique #TCG order number;
  • Please secure your cards in penny sleeves and then into top-loaders.
  • Please complete the submission form via this link. Please print and include in your shipmentClick here - you can also email this to us in conjunction with the printed copy.
  • When packaging cards, at a minimum use a double walled cardboard box
  • Make sure cards are packed securely so they cannot move around in the box during transport.
  • Insurance is strongly suggested, this can be purchased at the time you send your cards at an Australia Post outlet.
  • Please mark EXPRESS, CRITICAL or ROUTINE/BULK on the side of your submission.

Additional Requirements for International orders:

  • If submitting an order from the US, Singapore, New Zealand or Europe, please also complete a commercial invoice for customs clearance. Please make sure shipping terms are prepaid and the invoice reason is 'temporary import - trading cards for grading and encapsulation'. 
  • Return orders may incur duties and tax, please check the de minimis rules regulated by your home country.
  • Commerical invoices can be generated via the following link: https://www.dhlexpress.nl/invoicegenerator/en 
  • *Your national postage company may not be the best option to ship internationally, we are able to arrange for your cards to be collected right from your house to arrive at TCG within 3-7 days! Please send us an email and we can arrange for our shipping partner to collect your cards from over 220 countries and territories around the world.

Return of your cards:

  • You will be notified by email when your cards have been received and completed.
  • Insurance is strongly suggested. You can select this at the time of booking
  • TCG Grading is not responsible for any damages which occur whilst goods are in transit from our drop off location to your return address.
