Events, Partnerships and Vendors

Vendors & Partners:

Beyond grading, we work alongside vendors, event organisers, creators, and community leaders to support the growth of the hobby through in-person events, education, and shared experiences. Whether it’s a major card show, a local pop-up, or a community-led activation, we believe presence matters.

We value long-term partnerships built on mutual trust, shared knowledge, and commercial alignment. Our partners are not just submission points they are an active part of the grading and collecting journey, helping collectors understand condition, value, and presentation while growing their own businesses.

If you’re passionate about the hobby and operate with integrity, we’re always open to exploring how we can work together.

Why Become a TCG Grading Vendor?

Being a TCG Grading vendor is designed to be commercially beneficial, not just operationally convenient.

Drive Foot Traffic In-Store

Drive Foot Traffic In-Store

Offering grading submissions creates a natural reason for customers to visit your store - not once, but twice. Drop-off and collection both drive repeat foot traffic, increasing the opportunity for in-store sales and engagement.

Build Knowledge & Authority

Build Knowledge & Authority

We provide ongoing support, guidance, and training to our vendors around grading standards, authentication considerations, and condition assessment. This helps your team:
Confidently explain grading outcomes to customers

  • Identify strong grading candidates
  • Build trust as knowledgeable specialists, not just sellers
Increase Average Transaction Value

Grading Integrates naturally with add-ons such as:

  • Sleeves and top loaders
  • Storage solutions
  • Premium cards submitted alongside bulk
  • Custom label upgrades

For many partners grading becomes a meaningful contributor to overall basket size.

Create More Saleable Stock

Graded cards unlock new sales opportunities. Many vendors use graded cards for:

  • Mystery packs
  • Showcase cabinets
  • Online listings
  • Card shows and pop-up events

For experienced vendors with strong grading knowledge and customer bases, it’s not uncommon to submit 400+ cards per month, across a mix of customer submissions and vendor-owned stock.

Scale With Experience

As vendors grow more familiar with grading standards and demand patterns, submissions often scale organically. Our systems and processes are built to support both small-volume community stores and high-volume, commercially focused partners.
