Card Grading Summary

How We Grade:

At TCG Grading, we score based on a 1-10 grading system by analysing 100 points of contact on your card across multiple subgrade categories.

Card Grading Subgrades:

Surface Condition

Advanced inspection is used to assess scratches, dents, folds, bends, and print defects.

Cornering & Edges

Edges and corners are examined for wear, whitening, chipping, or structural damage through visual and magnified analysis.

Centering & Alignment

Front and back centring is evaluated against original manufacturer specifications to ensure proportional alignment.

Each subgrade contributes to a final grade designed to be transparent, repeatable, and easy for collectors to understand.
