Submitting your items to TCG Grading is a straightforward process. Follow the steps below to ensure your submission is processed smoothly and without delay.
Section 1: Placing Your Order
Step 1: Choose Your Grading Service
Select the grading service that best suits your needs via our Services page.
Current estimated turnaround times are:
- Bulk – Approx. 40+ business days
- Routine – Approx. 40+ business days
- Express – Approx. 10–15 business days
- Critical – Approx. 10 business days
Turnaround times are estimates only and begin once your items are received and entered into our system, not from the date of order.
Create your account or sign in and place your order (This is so you have access to order tracking and our member space).
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing your unique #TCG Order Number. And a link to start you submission form and begin the next step.

Step 2: Complete The Submission Form
Complete the online grading submission form, including:
- Item details for each card or collectible
- Selected service tier and any optional upgrades
- Full return shipping address
- Optional declared insurance value
Once submitted, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing your TCG Grading ID.
Keep your TCG Grading ID, it is required for tracking and processing your order.
Section 2: Preparing Your Submission
Step 3: Review Your Confirmation
Before shipping your items, please confirm that:
- All item details are correct
- Your selected service level is accurate
- Your return address is complete and correct
Print your submission confirmation email or clearly write the following and include it inside the package:
- Submission ID
- Your full name
- Your email address
Step 4: Prepare Your Items For Shipping
Proper preparation is essential to prevent damage during transit and processing.
For trading cards:
- Each card must be placed in a sleeve and then into a top loader
- Do not use tape to seal the top of top loaders
- Optional: use a small sticky-note pull tab on the sleeve to assist safe removal
- Pack cards securely so they cannot move during shipping
- Keep cards stacked together with protective padding on either side
- Avoid placing cardboard dividers between every individual card
For convenience, we also offer a Grading Submission Kit containing recommended supplies.
Section 3: Shipping Your Items
Step 5: Ship Your Items
Lodge your package at an Australia Post outlet and address it as follows:
Domestic (Australia):TCG GRADING PO BOX 342 Kellyville NSW 2155 Australia
International:TCG GRADING Suite 342, 4/33 Windsor Road Kellyville NSW 2155 Australia
We strongly recommend purchasing shipping insurance through Australia Post at the time of lodgement.
Once your package is received, we’ll notify you by email and your submission will move into processing.

You’ve successfully completed your TCG Grading submission.
